Doctor Arvin is one of the best Physicians/Clinicians and above all Surgeons I have Met. He has supported me through the difficult choices I have had to make pre-surgery and whilst under his care throughout the procedures he has kept me informed at all stages. After my surgery I found that most of the pain I was in for 7 Months has now gone other than what I expected from the surgery (Post Op). Thank you also to the teams who supported me without whom I would not be as well especially the surgical team who made me feel at ease during the pre surgery Thank You Team...

Mr. Arvin diagnosed my mothers very rare condition, explained to us what he intended on doing very clearly and did so.Then my mother was discharged to a number of other hospitals, even though he was no longer responsible for treating her the doctors she was with would ring him and ask for advice he got back to them and explained what should be done . We can't thank him enough for the continued care he provided, beyond his professional responsibility.

I had a C6-7 disc removal and fusion to relieve arm and hand pain carried out by Mr Arvin at the end of May. At every stage, the process was thoroughly explained. The pros and cons of having the surgery, the risks and what might or might not happen. I felt that Mr Arvin really wanted to help me get better be more active again. As a singer, I was very worried about my voice. We talked in great detail about the difficulties I might experience post operation. The operation was adjusted slightly to accommodate my fears. I did experience a high degree of swelling and my voice was a hoarse whisper for several months. A few days after the operation, I went back to casualty as I was in some discomfort (not pain). I had some difficulty swallowing - this is to be expected. Mr Arvin came to see me in casualty and various x-rays we carried out immediately. Mr Arvin conformed all was going as expected, even though I had more than expected swelling. (We are all different). After seeing me several times, I am now discharged from his care. I can sing again and the scar is hardly noticeable. Mr Arvin has worked a miracle with my neck and I can now run again, sing again and have a normal life. If you are under this man's care, you are a very lucky person.
